SERVICES

The New Haven/Fairfield Counties Ryan White Part A HIV/AIDS Program uses a regional funding model to ensure PWH have access to HIV services within 20 miles of their residence.

​

To be eligible for Ryan White Part A services, individuals must meet the following three requirements:
 

  • Live in New Haven or Fairfield Counties, Connecticut.

  • Have a documented diagnosis of HIV.

  • Have a household income that is at or below 300% of the federal poverty level or 500% for Medical Case Management services.
